All sales are final.   Exchange will be considered on items that have not been customized.  No returns on customized items.  No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.  The Locker Store is not responsible for any order lost or damaged via shipping.  We advise our customers to purchase insurance in order to cover any lost or damaged item/order.
